About
Yosra Alsarraj helps partners design and implement robust MEL systems to enhance both program activities and business practices. She began her career in program management, which evolved through her participation in the USAID/Jordan MEL Apprenticeship Program, equipping her with the tools to use MEL frameworks and Theories of Change to bring clarity and focus to program management.
Yosra works closely with partners from program inception, developing practical MEL tools that support adaptive management. She has extensive experience in gender dynamics within the SME sector, particularly in USAID/Jordan’s Business Growth Activity and across the broader USAID/Jordan portfolio. Yosra also serves as Deputy Strategic MEL Advisor for Yemen and Palestine under the FCDO Conflict Stabilization and Security Fund MENA MEL Platform.
Before joining INTEGRATED, Yosra worked with the USAID/Jordan Competitiveness Program, the Business Professional Women’s Export Unit, and Jordan Exports.
