Yamen Haikal is Integrated’s MEL Information Management Officer, with a passion for data storytelling. A natural problem-solver, Yamen specializes in streamlining MEL processes through automation and enabling stakeholders to interpret data effectively using dashboards, visualizations, and automated solutions. 

His data storytelling skills play a crucial role in Integrated’s evaluations, research, and long-term MEL support. Additionally, he contributes to Integrated’s MEL Apprenticeship Program by developing training modules on Data Automation and Visualization, equipping MEL professionals with essential skills. 

Yamen joined Integrated through the Lazard Fellowship and began his career in Syria as a volunteer data collector, where he discovered the potential of technology to enhance reporting. Before transitioning to the development field, he worked as a pharmacist in Syria.
