About
Wala’a Aqrabawi has been a key member of Integrated since 2014, specializing in evaluations, research, and tailored capacity-building programs for the development sector. With a 17-year career spanning Jordan, US, UAE, Iraq and Palestine, Walaa’s diversity of experiences merge design thinking with tangible outcomes for young adults. Her work is driven by a commitment to designing impactful initiatives that address the unique needs of partners across various sectors.
At Integrated, Wala’a has collaborated with ministries, NGOs, and the private sector to deliver effective evaluations for advancement of organizational outcomes, as well as management and delivery of flagship capacity-building initiatives. She was instrumental in managing and delivering the MEL Apprenticeship Program, an intensive program of MEL professional development. Walaa has led institutional development projects for Jordan’s Ministries of Education and Youth, focusing on institutional capacity assessments, capacity building action plans, with a focus on enabling systems and capacities for data-driven decision-making.
