Outcome Harvesting

This training provides a basic understanding of Outcome Harvesting (OH) and its practical application within the program cycle and the MEL ecosystem. OH identifies, describes, verifies, and analyzes changes in development interventions. Inspired by Outcome Mapping, it works backward to assess contribution to change. Through theoretical knowledge, hands-on exercises, and group collaboration, participants learn to incorporate OH into their professional roles.
Impact Mapping

This training offers a deep dive into Impact Mapping, focusing on tracing change pathways for end-users or beneficiaries. Participants learn to identify key actors and areas of influence, distinguishing causation from correlation using relatable examples.
