We strengthen systems and organizations by working with government entities to manage strategy and reform processes. Our approach focuses on identifying and working through key bottlenecks and opportunities, while building the capacity of government entities to manage organizational transformation and institutionalize reforms.
We believe in thinking systemically and analyzing the interconnectedness within and between systems to foster lasting improvements, supporting government bodies to make progress on reforms and strategies. At Integrated, our work for systems strengthening begins with assessments of political economy and capacity. We identify leverage points and champions of change, working with institutions to measure, manage, and institutionalize the desired transformation. Our approach emphasizes co-created strategies and skill-building through coaching for effective measurement and management. This ensures that ownership of the processes and outcomes of systems strengthening is fostered among all stakeholders.
