About
Suzanne is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) professional with over 10 years of experience in emergency response, early recovery, stabilization, and development projects in Jordan and Syria, spanning multiple sectors. Her MEL/TPM expertise includes developing and strengthening field monitoring and MEL/TPM procedures, advising on data collection sampling techniques and methodology, designing primary data collection tools, training field teams on MEL/TPM tool administration, and setting MEL/TPM targets, workflow planning, and reporting.
Suzanne has collaborated with major donors, including the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Global Affairs Canada (GAC), USAID, the European Union (EU), the European Commission (EC), ECHO, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA), and the United Nations (UNICEF/UNHCR).
