Suzanne Savage is a seasoned international development professional with over 20 years of experience in multi-sector evaluations, assessments, and gender analyses. Her expertise spans program management, design, and implementation, with a particular focus on advancing women’s socio-economic growth.  

In her career, Suzanne has managed and conducted evaluations, country assessments, and gender analyses, serving as a team leader and evaluation specialist. She has developed methodologies, conducted fieldwork, and delivered comprehensive, actionable reports to inform program strategies and outcomes. Her work has supported enterprises through technical assistance, workforce development initiatives, and changing societal perceptions of women in the workplace. 

Suzanne has extensive experience supporting Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) growth and competitiveness through firm-level diagnostics, direct technical assistance, and organizational development in sectors such as tourism, agribusiness, garments, retail, and IT. She has led country and regional programs, overseeing strategy, stakeholder relations, staff development, and multi-country operations with teams of up to 60 personnel across Central Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
