Sana Al Shelleh is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) specialist with extensive experience in USAID-funded programs and international development. Currently, she serves as a MEL Specialist at the USAID Business Growth Activity, where she leads data collection, analysis, and GIS-integrated systems to enhance project impact. Sana has held roles with the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation and the International Rescue Committee, contributing to economic reform programs, donor reporting, and capacity building for MEL systems. Her expertise includes designing MEL frameworks, conducting baseline and endline surveys, and facilitating reflective learning sessions. 

Sana excels in using advanced tools such as Power BI, DevResults, and CRM systems to drive data-driven decision-making. She has delivered MEL training for interns, managed partnerships, and overseen monitoring processes for diverse stakeholders. Known for her leadership, adaptability, and commitment to excellence, Sana plays a pivotal role in advancing program effectiveness in development contexts.
