Robert ‘RB’ Smith, a Fulbright Research Award recipient, is investigating how remote sensing and field surveys can advance rangeland restoration in northern Jordan. As a research intern at Integrated, he supports the Climate, Water, and Environment Sector by conducting background research, contributing to data collection and analysis, and reporting on projects. With a background in evolutionary genetics and conservation, he has worked on ecological projects across the Middle East and Africa, demonstrating expertise in grant writing, data analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
