About
Rachel brings 15 years of hands-on experience in humanitarian and development work across the Middle East and Africa, with a specialized focus on climate action, sustainable development, and locally led adaptation, and formative and participatory approaches.
Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented robust M&E systems, leading data collection, analysis, and reporting that have driven results-based management, fostered innovation, and supported continuous improvement across programs. Rachel’s work has enhanced the programs of a diverse range of partners, including think tanks, international organizations, NGOs, and donor agencies from the UK, US, EU, Netherlands, Australia, and Canada.
In parallel with her professional achievements, Rachel is pursuing doctoral research on climate change and international development in Jordan, and the role of multi-stakeholder partnerships between civil society, government, and the private sector.
