The USAID/Jordan Monitoring and Evaluation Support Project (MESP) is a five-year activity (2013-2019) that provided technical and advisory services to the USAID/Jordan Program Office, USAID/Jordan Development Objective teams, and Implementing Partners in the areas of activity monitoring, evaluation, research, organizational learning, and knowledge management to enable USAID/Jordan to fulfill its performance and evaluation requirements as well as strengthened the capacity of local organizations in program monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL).
