The Danish-Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP) – Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) platform is a four-year contract (2023-2027) with the Nordic Consulting Group A/S to perform results-based monitoring and strategic monitoring of Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark (Danida) programs in MENA, focusing on programs in Jordan and Tunisia, through the “Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability , and Learning (MEAL) Unit – DAPP 2022-2027.
