Supporting USAID/Iraq’s Learning of Iraq’s Largest National Public Accountability Program

Under the USAID Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Support Program, Integrated led the mid-term evaluation of the USAID Iraq – Governance and Performance Accountability (IGPA) Activity, a $172 million program designed to support the Iraqi government in achieving fiscal stability and improving service delivery across the country. The rapid assessment covered 180 interviews with stakeholders and beneficiaries across all provinces of Iraq, with the analysis contributing to USAID/Iraq’s understanding of performance at midterm, province-level differentials and needs, and how best to amplify project performance for the remainder of the Activity.
