Commissioned by the USAID Civic Initiatives Support Program, Integrated conducted an independent impact assessment of We Love Reading (WLR), a community-based model of supporting a love of reading. The assessment evaluated WLR’s programming against its theory of change, noting areas for improved alignment towards intended outcomes and longer lasting sustainability of interventions.  Actionable recommendations were embedded in WLR’s strategy under development.
