Commissioned by the World Food Programme, Integrated led the MEL Capacity Needs Assessment for the National Aid Fund (NAF) in Jordan, developing a phased action plan financed by the Joint Financing Agreement, a multi-donor fund. During the first phase, Integrated collaborated closely with NAF’s technical committee to co-create a theory of change against the strategy, and an associated MEL framework aligning strategic goals with performance, process, and outcome indicators. Through this co-created process, capacity was built for management and ownership of the MEL framework, in addition to assessing contributions to SDGs and COVID resilience, contributing towards improved performance in Jordan’s social protection system.
