Under the USAID HEARD mechanism, Integrated supported the mid-term evaluation of health systems as the local learning partner. The evaluation assessed the availability, access, and quality of integrated reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health services. By examining clinics at various performance levels, we identified trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. The insights from this evaluation helped to understand key elements that have generated traction, buy-in, and those that have been institutionalized, as well as the conditions that made those in-roads possible. The evaluation informed the next phase of implementation, aiming to strengthen health services across Jordan.
