Integrated led a portfolio-wide assessment for USAID/Jordan to evaluate gender equity and social inclusion (GESI) performance mid-CDCS. Learning of best practices and work-around common challenges, Integrated developed a set of tools to support improved GESI mainstreaming. These tools included:  

• A GESI/GEWE dashboard for use by the USAID/Jordan mission to track GEWE indicator performance at the portfolio level

• A GESI Analysis rubric walking through the 6 stages of GESI Analysis implementation

• A policy alignment toolbox of national gender and gender-related aims within strategies and indicators to be incorporated as context indicators in USAID Activities
