Integrated conducted a three-stage summative evaluation of the USAID Civic Initiatives Support Program (CIS), aimed at fostering a vibrant civil society in Jordan. The evaluation focused on CIS’s capacity-building efforts with local Intermediary Support Organizations (ISOs) such as the Noor Al-Hussein Foundation, Al-Thoria Studies Center, and Jordan River Foundation, along with 128 emerging community-based organizations (CBOs). The evaluation assessed the effectiveness of these interventions in enhancing organizational capacity, promoting government-civil society collaboration, and addressing national reform and development challenges.
