Improving Education Outcomes in Jordan through USAID RAMP

ClientUSAID/JordanCountriesJordan

Integrated led the final learning study for USAID Early Grade Reading and Mathematics Project (RAMP), focused on enhancing early grade reading and math in Jordan’s public schools. The study explored the program’s impact on learning outcomes, with a particular emphasis on struggling learners and remediation within the post-COVID-19 climate. We identified RAMP-embedded and teacher-introduced practices that contributed to improved learning outcome success and resilience of the MoE to the COVID crisis in the early grades. The study also examined the extent to which RAMP interventions have been institutionalized within the Ministry of Education (MoE) built resilience and institutionalized key interventions, providing key insights for follow-on program design.
