Integrated supported the Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) to assess the performance and impact of hospital accreditation in Jordan. By analyzing data from 15 hospitals, we identified key trends, challenges, and changes, aligning them with HCAC’s vision for patient safety and quality care. The findings were brought to life through a compelling data story that demonstrated the transformative power of accreditation, offering actionable recommendations to enhance future strategies, at the 10-year anniversary stock-taking.
