The CSSF MENA: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning award is a three-year contract (2022-2025) that covers the provision of support for monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) across CSSF’s (now known as the Integrated Security Fund) MENA portfolio over three years. The contract supports programmes as required with developing MEL systems, outcome verification, evaluation and capability building.
