Integrated conducted a comprehensive process evaluation of the USAID-funded Tafileh Wastewater Treatment Plant. Through document reviews, survey, and stakeholder interviews with design engineers, the Ministry of Water, the Water Authority of Jordan, contractors, and USAID, the evaluation utilized journey mapping to identify areas of success and needed additional focus for an improved implementation journey.
