Integrated conducted a process evaluation for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) revolving around health sector program management in Lebanon.  The evaluation focused on reviewing ICRC’s support to a major hospital in Beirut to identify challenges, extract key lessons learned, and provide actionable recommendations for improving future project implementations.
