Driving Design Improvements in Family & Reproductive Health Planning

In partnership with MSI under USAID MESP, Integrated played a key leadership role in the Final Performance Evaluation of USAID/Jordan’s Strengthening Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) program. Gathering data from a network of private hospitals, 133 network doctors, 141 pharmacists, and 400 community health workers (CHWs), the evaluation assessed the performance to the project at closeout to provide insights for future programming aimed at enhancing health outcomes through private sector engagement in family planning services.
