Integrated conducted a multi-country evaluation of Hivos’ GreenWorks program, which aimed to boost the green economy in Tunisia, Egypt, and Algeria by supporting innovative startups and social enterprises. Through a regional alliance of 15 partners, the program fostered green business ideas and created youth employment opportunities. With researchers on the ground in each country, we assessed the program’s impact and facilitated a participatory workshop with Hivos and partners to turn findings into actionable strategies to reshape the program’s theory of change and ensure its sustainability.
