In partnership with Encompass under the USAID Data and Evidence for Education Programs (DEEP), Integrated conducted an institutional capacity needs assessment, focusing on the Ministry’s MEL systems and data flows, with the aim of identifying opportunities and gaps. In consultation with the MoE, a subsequent tailored capacity-building plan was developed.   This assessment served to provide a clear set of actions to move the MoE into data-driven decision-making in education remediation based on test scores, and coordination of donor support through MIS.
