Integrated led the mid-term evaluation of the USAID Water Management Initiative (WMI), focusing on its relevance, impact, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability. This evaluation examined the program’s success in addressing Jordan’s most pressing water and wastewater management challenges, assessed through four program components implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, the Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ), the Jordan Valley Authority (JVA), and various water utilities. With co-created actionable recommendations, the evaluation served to enhance the program’s impact in its second phase.
