About

Nouha is a multi-disciplinary and polyvalent Project Manager, serving as the Gender and Inclusion Expert at Integrated. She is a published researcher with over nine years of experience in project coordination, research, and evaluation, focusing on the intersectionality of gender, age, and disability.

Nouha started her career working in different INGOs across the MENA region and West Africa. She has since led major initiatives in Jordan, including the UN Women IMAGES Jordan study on masculinities and various USAID Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) analyses on the socio-economic barriers facing women and girls in education and job market transition. Her work also includes coordinating MENA regional projects, such as the Oxfam Masarouna program mid-term evaluation and the FemPawer community-based research on economic GBV against women and girls with intersecting identities.
