Mohammed Zubida is a seasoned Senior Finance and Administration Manager with over 13 years of expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Mohammed tracks cash flow and leads financial planning, as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.  He brings extensive experience in compliance with international donor regulations, including USAID-funded programs, with a focus on cost center accounting, financial forecasting, and audit preparedness, supporting Integrated’s stellar performance on externally vetted OCATs and audits. 

At Integrated, Mohammed manages financial operations for donor-funded projects across the MENA region, overseeing budgets, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring regulatory compliance, leading a team of four finance, payroll, and procurement experts. His previous roles at Elecnor S.A. and Babil Games LLC honed his expertise in payroll management, tax compliance, and financial reporting across diverse industries.
