Maram has more than 18 years of progressive management experience and success in developing project initiatives, directing project plans, and meeting performance-based indicators. With a deep focus on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems for over a decade, she has expertly designed and applied components like the Theory of Change, Results Framework, Indicators Reference Sheets, and Data Quality Assessments, alongside various learning interventions.  Her extensive experience includes conducting comprehensive project evaluations. She has designed, developed, implemented, and managed various projects in diverse conditions, such as the Eco-Schools program, Food Voucher Distribution for Syrian Refugees, Shelter projects, Peace Building Initiatives, Winterization projects, and Economic Growth through Promoting and Increasing Investment Opportunities. 

Maram has extensive experience in managing the flow of information within complex, multi-layered, geographically dispersed projects, placing a specific emphasis on data quality. She has conducted numerous data quality audits for USAID and OFCD (formerly DFID)-funded programs. She also has diverse experience working with international donors and partners from both governmental and private sectors within the economic development field.
