Marah Al Malalha is a seasoned Research and MEL specialist with over 8 years of expertise in climate change, green development, natural resource management, peacebuilding, and social cohesion. She has worked on high-profile projects funded by USAID, FCDO, CGIAR, Hivos, and the World Bank, driving impactful development strategies and fostering sustainable solutions. Passionate about advancing the climate agenda, Marah has co-authored global studies on sustainable agri-food systems presented at forums like COP26 and UNFSS., driving sustainable development and climate action. 

At Integrated Marah serves as Deputy Strategic Advisor for the FCDO’s Integrated Security Fund MENA MEL contract in Jordan, where she supports  strengthened MEL systems, develops Theories of Change, streamlines Value for Money reporting, and delivers tailored capacity-building initiatives for FCDO-ISF implementing partners. She also serves as a mentor and Lead Trainer for emerging professionals of the USAID/Jordan MEL Apprenticeship Program, a flagship MEL professional development program designed, implemented and housed at Integrated.
