About
Hamzah Qardan is a dedicated MEL professional, whose passion for development was ignited through hands-on experience in field research and community engagement. Hamzah has extensive experience with data collection, field assessments, and program monitoring, giving him firsthand insight into the significant impact that effective monitoring and evaluation can have on improving development programs.
Hamzah completed the USAID/Jordan MEL Apprenticeship Program, where he undertook on-the-job training at Integrated, eventually transitioning into a full-time role as MEL Officer. Since joining Integrated, Hamzah has leveraged his MEL and data analysis expertise to contribute to impactful evaluations and assessments, such as the USAID Business Growth Activity Mid-Term Economic Review, USAID Higher Education for Innovation and Growth Activity GESI Analysis, and evaluations supporting the FCDO’s Integrated Security Fund.
