Gender Equity, Youth, and Social Inclusion (GEYSI)
We emphasize the importance of intersectionality in development, centering on gender equity, youth, and social inclusion in our work. Our data-driven strategies target disparities and power dynamics across all our practice areas, and we mainstream GEYSI in our program activities and metrics.
We prioritize the inclusion of women, youth, and marginalized communities, recognizing that true development cannot occur without their perspectives, voices, and data. We specialize in data-driven approaches to women’s and youth empowerment, and our objective is to ensure that programming tackles gender differentials and inclusion gaps. We focus on ensuring program design dismantles barriers, addresses societal norms, and examines power dynamics in areas such as civic engagement, child protection, climate, economic empowerment, education, and gender-based violence (GBV).
