Fatma Younis is a results-driven Project Manager and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Gender Consultant with over 8 years of experience in the development field. She has a proven track record in managing projects and providing expertise in MEL, integrating gender perspectives into development programs, and promoting youth and women’s empowerment. 

Fatma has worked across various sectors, including tech, finance, medical, and green sectors, supporting partners in the MENA region to create decent job opportunities and improve working conditions for youth and women. She has also advised on gender mainstreaming and social inclusion, offering technical support in MEL systems, tools, and methodologies. 

Fatma holds certifications in project management and international development. She has a strong commitment to sustainable development and social inclusion.
