About
Dina Sabbagh brings over 25 years of expertise in integrating MEL and CLA into USAID and donor-funded programs across Jordan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, the USA, and Yemen. She has spearheaded evaluations, assessments, and research for programs collectively valued at over $100 million, funded by major organizations such as USAID, the EU, UNICEF, UNHCR, CSSF, and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Prior to joining Integrated, Dina held leadership roles such as Senior Director of MEL and CLA for USAID’s Makanati Activity and Deputy Chief of Party for USAID’s Community-Based Water Demand Initiatives. She also led the MEAL unit for all Mercy Corps Jordan programming, and communications at the Royal Hashemite Court. A seasoned leader, Dina combines strategic project management with technical MEL compliance, specializing in areas like DEC/DDL reporting, USAID Evaluation Policy, and Data Quality Assessments.
As Chief Operating Officer at Integrated, Dina leverages her rich experience to ensure operational excellence and technical rigor across all programs. She is also a certified Project Management for Development Pro Trainer, further underscoring her commitment to capacity building and sustainable development.
