About
Bodoor Al Taq is a skilled Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) specialist with extensive experience in program design, implementation, and research. Currently working with Integrated International on the USAID Business Growth Activity in Jordan, Bodoor previously led the MEAL team at Save the Children Jordan. She has held significant roles in various organizations, including the Royal Health Awareness Society and Business Development Center, where she contributed to developing and strengthening MEAL frameworks, systems, and tools.
Bodoor has managed a range of projects for international donors such as UN Women, UNICEF, and the EU-MADAD Fund, providing expertise in data collection, program evaluation, and community engagement. She has facilitated capacity-building initiatives, mentored MEL teams, and supported evidence-based decision-making processes. Bodoor is passionate about integrating community feedback into program design, ensuring accountability, and empowering local teams through knowledge-sharing.
