Aseel Qubajah is a motivated and adaptable professional with a background in project management, specializing in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). She has gained valuable experience in MEL through her internships with the USAID Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity and the USAID Recycling in Jordan Activity. During these internships, she developed skills in data collection, analysis, quality assurance, and dashboard development using tools like PowerBI and Kobo. Aseel also contributed to creating monitoring tools, reviewing AMELPs, and creating presentations and infographics. Additionally, she has a solid foundation in communications and marketing, having worked as a Marketing Engineer at INTLCO & Middle East for Recruitment. Aseel is passionate about learning and is eager to build on her skills to contribute meaningfully to future opportunities.
