About

Aseel Al Halaeq is a dedicated researcher, trainer, and national coordinator with over 10 years of experience in community development and women’s economic and social empowerment.  

Aseel is highly skilled in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research studies, coordinating projects, and delivering impactful training programs. She has extensive experience in capacity building, life skills, financial literacy, and digital skills training. Aseel has worked with diverse populations, including marginalized groups, youth, and refugees, fostering community engagement and empowerment. 

Currently, she serves as the Skills and Capacity Building Supervisor for UNICEF’s Makani Project at the Ministry of Social Development, where she oversees training initiatives, monitors performance, and promotes community mobilization.
