Ammar Dughman is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer at Integrated International, where he supports MEL capacity building. He plays a key role in designing data collection tools, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and supporting the development and implementation of MEL plans and frameworks.

Before joining Integrated, Ammar completed the USAID/Jordan MEL Apprenticeship Program, where he gained hands-on experience in data systems, CLA (Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting), gender-responsive MEL, and the use of platforms like Kobo Toolbox, MEDAL, and DevResults. He further built his expertise as a MEL Assistant at Creative Associates International’s Jordan Technical Assistance Program (TAP), contributing to indicator tracking, data quality assessments, and results reporting for USAID.
