His expertise spans designing data collection methodologies, developing MEL systems, and analyzing performance data for organizations such as USAID, Plan International, and the Crown Prince Foundation. Ahmad has a strong background in managing MEL activities, ensuring alignment with donor policies, and facilitating effective coordination with stakeholders, including INGOs and UN agencies.
